Sugar Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Place sugar and water in a
saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until the
mixture condenses into a clear, sweet syrup, approximately 5 minutes.
Cool. You can use immediately or store indefinitely in a sealed container
in the refrigerator.
